 UMTS RF Job Requirements:
•    Experience in tuning and optimization of a loaded network
•    Detailed understanding of Layer 3 messaging and root cause analysis
•    Collecting and analyzing drive test data and performance statistics
•    Experience in Optimization tools: TEMS investigation, Actix Analyzer, Agilent
•    Parameter recommendations, RAN feature activation and testing
•    Traffic management and network tuning
•    IRAT parameter setup and soft/softer handover optimization wrt capacity/quality
•    Scrambling code planning and neighbor optimization
•    Understanding uplink tuning and link budget setup and analysis.
•    Experience in HSDPA, CS, PS, EUL
•    Understanding different signaling protocols: Uu, Iub, Iur, Iu-Cs and Iu
•    Experience in planning tools: ACP, ASSET3g,
•    OSS tools experience (FAS, NCS, MRR, RNO, CNA) and call trace setup and analysis
•    Preferred UMTS vendors: Ericsson and Nokia.

UTRAN Job Requirements:
•    UTRAN parameters and feature testing
•    Call trace recordings and analysis
•    OSS support: configuration management, performance management,
•    Alarm management and audit dumb
•    Writing scripts to interface with the OSS management system
•    Experience in OSS tools
•    Preferred 3G vendors: Nokia, Ericsson
