Job Description:

Create and maintain Concept Requirement documents and Product Requirements Documents based on market and the T-Mobile enterprise needs specifically for @Home 3.0.
Performing the role of an evangelist and catalyst for their assigned service. Document high level features and service overview via PPT slides and white papers as needed. In partnership with Program Manager/Project Manager - inform impacted teams of their role in the development of the new service/product.
Manage the @Home 3.0 trial efforts. Work with the Trial Vendors and Logistic team to ensure that trial information is collected analyzed and factored into any spec (PRD) review.
Monitor the competition and refine product messaging (in partnership with Product Marketing), ensure that the outbound messaging plan is accurate and is clearly understood by the target market.
Work with external partners/vendors to complete Architecture work
Work with internal partners to assess new technology viability for assigned services.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:

Bachelors Education in a technical area e.g. (EE, CS, CE, ME) or equivalent technical experience is required.
MBA or related experience is highly desired
Minimum of 3 years experience with 2 or more years of experience in either of the following areas: product marketing, product management, product planning or product development
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills is required.
Good working knowledge of GSM and the mobile industry is preferred

They need to be able to communicate with different personality types, to lead groups and influence without formal authority.
