Job Description:

The NOC technicians diagnose and resolve network faults at a Tier 1 level and conduct testing and escalation of Telco related issues using React testing equipment.

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:

The candidate should be computer literate, have a working knowledge of GSM, TCP/IP and the Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in a NOC/switch environment is definitely a plus. 

Experience with the fundamentals of digital carrier facility and have previous background in tele-communication; switching, SS7, Ericsson, Nokia and Nortel.

Preferred skills:

Working knowledge of Remedy, Cisco Routers, NetExpert, VTAG and EBTA is desired
