Job Description:
Responsible for all functional business partners reporting for HR data and ensuring data integrity within HR Systems. Using available system-reporting tools, develop and implement new or redesigned reports for internal and external business partners per there requests and timelines, ensuring data accuracy. Audit, validate and correct data within HR systems to maintain data integrity and ensure that system controls and processes meet all internal and external audit requirements.
Create, validate and distribute ad hoc reports and organizational charts per functional customer requests ensuring data is accurate and timely.
Distribute functional business partner scheduled reports per agreed upon timelines, modify as requested by customers.
Support EPO functional work groups by processing SAP data corrections timely. Work with EPO specialist to ensure validity of data.
Audit and validate cross-functional system data to ensure data integrity.
Troubleshoot payroll and time issues
Troubleshoot applications issues
Support department access databases for functional partners within HR Operations.
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
Strong knowledge of reporting tools including Access tools and databases, SQL, Datamart/Data Warehouse, Business Objects, Crystal and Excel including use of complex queries and macros.
Has systems knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll business practices, workflow analysis, business systems and process design
Effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as are time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment.
Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and tools.
Preferred skills:
Ad hoc reporting from SAP, Reportsmith or like HR/Payroll systems
