Job Description:

Design and implement Ericsson BSC rehomes from Ericsson MSC's to Alcatel MGWs as part of  Switch Removal projects. Perpare MOP's and WO's, document in granite database. Be part of the overal team in network verification pre and post implementation. Monitor performance and trouble shoot where necessary.
Competent in MSC O&M with understanding in decoms.



Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:

Strong Ericsson BSS and NSS competences. Previous Cell and BSC Rehome knowledge using CNA tool.

Competent in Trunk builds and understanding in traffic planning.

Alcatel and Tellabs knowledge a plus.

Experience is performance and O&M skills. Min 2 to 5 years in Ericsson rehoming and O&M
